@PwnScapePK well, there are two types of rifles we use: service rifle and target rifles. service rifle is the L98A2, as i guess you should know its the semi-auto version of the SA-80. then the target rifles we use is the No.8 .22 rifle, piece of shit but still fun to use every now and then. theres the .22 target rifle, which you need a shooting jacket, sling, glove and blind because its really accurate. then the L81, which is a 7.62 target rifle we use up to 600m, and it rocks!

its actually spelled Diemaco, c8 is the m4 version while the c7 is the m16 version. Both standardly mounted with an Elcan C79 optical sight.

@lSaif Not really, both countries share the same motives. I do agree that US gets 99% of the credit and other countries not so much, for example Denmark/UK have most casualties per troops in country in Afghanistan.
However it was more the UK that encourages US to participate in Libya so it could work both ways.

Brits are first rate pros! We know they schooled US in a lot of what we know such as all of our special forces. I hope we can be as good as allies to them as they've been to us. It made my skin crawl to hear about Obama's disrespect to Gordon Brown. Funny to see the civilian journo geezer huffing and puffing and realizing how much conditioning plays a role, esp at altitude.

brittish troops use the SA80 A2 (i think its the A2) and the minimi, among some other weapons. the americans use the m4 carbine and its variants.

@PwnScapePK well, there are two types of rifles we use: service rifle and target rifles. service rifle is the L98A2, as i guess you should know its the semi-auto version of the SA-80. then the target rifles we use is the No.8 .22 rifle, piece of shit but still fun to use every now and then. theres the .22 target rifle, which you need a shooting jacket, sling, glove and blind because its really accurate. then the L81, which is a 7.62 target rifle we use up to 600m, and it rocks!

Jesus Ive read the book about this, the cameraman iss chris terill, he also comopleted royal marine training with them whn he was filming this, they are at an old taliban compound, the guy in the troop who gets shot is marine mason, christ ive wanted to atch this ever since I read the book

Chris Tarill is a fucking chop and spins a lot of shit... there where two other troops in this company! Many patrols that 11 troop where given credit for where done by others.

during a all out offensive, there could be mins or hourse of down time. all around security is all ways important so if there are lows in the battle and the soldier is not on watch then he should be takeing atvantage of any time to slee
