I'd like to discover whether anyone discovered of DietOramy diet plan (google for additional information)? I've come across about this from a friend of mine who got rid of loads of surplus weight, but he's like a freak, so is there anybody conventional out there ;) to be able to confirm the particular capability of this diet routine regime?
This is what fucks me off about working out, you have to be a chef aswell, and I haven't got the time to be fucking around preparing stuff, I want to work out then eat ready food.

I have a couple of concerns with your diet. First, I believe that you are consuming WAY too much fruit, by noon no less. With all that sugar, you might as well eat a Snickers bar. That goes for the honey in your oatmeal as well. Finally, what good is a drip tray when all that fat is replaced with the swiss cheese? Thanks for sharing. Good luck brother.
well the oatmeal has 5 grams of protein in itself so its not that bad. Every morning i have 2 cups of oatmeal dry. then i add 4 cups of milk and a chopped banana, a cup and a half of yogurt and crushed walnuts. Its a massive amount of food but you can see my results from that and p90x on my page. that one meal has around 60 grams of protein.
YES YES YES, Protein. I can not STRESS THIS ENOUGH!!! Not getting the results you wanted. 4 size - get at least 30 grams of protein per meal or 1 gram per pound of body weight. Protein = Muscle. Carbs = energy. Stick to complex carbs yes oatmeal good. Running out of space so stick to P90X only hit weights hard 8-10 reps. any other programs will not let you recover completely and you'll see no results. Yes over training bad. Wow, beanut butter and jelly sandwich is so American :) I never got used to it when I lived in the States. I also do prefer oatmeal in the morning with some fruits and few tomatoes (+I drink water). For lunch I eat something at work, usually fish, chicken or red meat with cooked vegetables and a big salad (+milk), and for dinner I just cook something at home. I try to avoid potatoes, rice and pasta but occasionally I eat them. I eat also yoghurt, veggies, fruits or cottage cheese for snacks :)

i have a generous cup of oatmeal (porridge where im from lol) every day, which makes you saying you wont finish it seem strange to me lol i could murder about 2 cups to get the satiety that you probably get lol
@ThePresentpresence it kinda is i think. im on phase one and im a level 3, the problem, well concern im having is that i have to eat up to 800 calories per meal to make my 3,000 mark and as you can see from the portion part that im in. it seems that i would have to eat a lot given that the meals do not have not much calories in them. so im jut worried that i might over do it by mistake and mess up on the portion amount of the food when trying to make that 3,000 mark per day..
thats a lot of food!!! i weigh 290 lbs and thats a lot of food even for me. i only eat one meal for the day and its usually about 2 am and then go to bed..and lots of soda, i guess thats why im so fat. :(
starting p90x next week, I'm more afraid of the workouts, I see all the transformations on youtube and i can't do a pull up to save my life, all the transformations said they could do at least 1 (others 3!!!) before day 1 and they seem in worse shape than me, i've done sports forever and weighttraining on an on and off basis last 6 years, so I feel like more of the exception than the rule

Way to much fruits that's just fructose.....it'll fill up the glycogen of your liver which is about 100gramms the rest will be stored as fat......the smartest thing was the sweet potatoe, if you try to gain size also add in more protein and raise the quality of your carbs BTW wher is the point of cooking out the fat of the turkey burgers if you'll add cheese to it anyway??
I just recently got P90x and I'm about to start the program this week. I have to admit the diet scares me more than the workout. I really eat bad.. pop and fast food all day.. I'm not fat or anything (6ft 185lbs) but man it will be an adjustment to not eat conveniently (fastfood).
That is what I eat everyday and I did not even know P90X recommended something like this. I don't use honey or cinnamon. However I have acid reflux and fruits, especially bananas, for some reason give me trouble lately.
I still think u should add some more meat like broiled chicken breast with some asparagus, spinach or broccoli and eggs (just the egg whites, not the yellow parts) and some fish woulnt hurt either! the best way is to pay a trainner at 24 hour fitness but if not then join a good forum and start asking, reading and you can go to yahoo answers and start asking.You would be surprise how much yahoo answers can help and those forums out there.Get a folder and start printing off, that folder should have notes, print out , food and all your info you read off the internet.Remember that our memory isn't too good that is why we have books and notes. Check the folder once a week
Nice video. Only one suggestion... if you're looking to add fiber to your shakes check out chia seeds. I use a magic bullet to powderize them and add them to my shakes. Lots of fiber and protein without the price tag.
I see that p90x eating plan is healthy but how am i supposed to get bigger or bulk up with it I eventually want to be like 225 lbs of muscle and the plan doesnt seem like its gonna get me there

you dont eat breakfest.breakfest is the most important meal. it provides you with protein you were deprived of during the night and ur metabolism skyrockets. and stays high during the day.

Personally I think this day's meals (especially lunch) are too light in protein for a muscle building focus and too much fruit-sugar (fructose). I would have had the pb&j, added 1/2 can of tuna and a hard boiled egg with carrot & celery stix. In addition to the protein, one can pretty much eat all the veggies they want, minimize the fruits a bit and of course, add complex carbs. Your breakfast and dinners rule. I'd also nix the ice and add either milk or yogurt to your shake.
He's right. That's a lot of sugar right there, and not complex like the sugar u get from rice, etc. it absorbs real quick and your body will probably use only a small portion of it and will store the rest of it as fat.
His way of eating, working out and portion control is the PURE way of being fit and staying healthy, organic food helps very well, watching the SIZE of what you eat helps very well and a lot of excersise(providing its done consistently) helps very well.
Guys, P90x works as advertised, especially if you follow the diet as outlined. I have been cutting corners here and there, but followed the dieting at about 65%, and the the fat keeps dropping. I've uploaded the video with my progress for the past 2 months, and the change is very noticeable. Take a look for some motivation.

P90x isn't a quick fix. You need to devote time as well as eat healthy just like any other excercise program. The thing that does work is the muscle confusion. You need to clean your liver so you can stop having build up which creates your belly.

Another thing I did when I dropped about 30 lbs over the summer was I ate veggies and drank HOT green tea and ICE cold water in the morning. This jump started my system, an hour later I was interval running on the treadmill and doing random aerobic exercises. Burned a lot of fat. Another trick I learned was that eating fruit and veggies or some peanuts before eating a main meal decreased my hunger and I ate healthier. I need to start P 90 x soon.
Potatoes and meat should not be mixed according to food combining. Starch should be eaten separate from meat because they digest differently. I love turkey burgers and sweet potatoes but don't eat them together.

I think you need to cut back on the amount of natural sugars? Carbs are sugars that arent converted in your system yet, take in your good carbs and burn them instead of loading up on the sweet stuff ! Greens are better for ya in the longrun for all this as well. With my shake which is only breakfast, I use 3 strawberries, and a small handfull of rasberries, the rest of the shake is high protien and fiber, need to start whatching that diet your on budro!!! the best way is to pay a trainner at 24 hour fitness but if not then join a good forum and start asking, reading and you can go to yahoo answers and start asking.You would be surprise how much yahoo answers can help and those forums out there.Get a folder and start printing off, that folder should have notes, print out , food and all your info you read off the internet.Remember that our memory isn't too good that is why we have books and notes. Check the folder once a week

Nice video. Only one suggestion... if you're looking to add fiber to your shakes check out chia seeds. I use a magic bullet to powderize them and add them to my shakes. Lots of fiber and protein without the price tag.

Personally I think this day's meals (especially lunch) are too light in protein for a muscle building focus and too much fruit-sugar (fructose). I would have had the pb&j, added 1/2 can of tuna and a hard boiled egg with carrot & celery stix. In addition to the protein, one can pretty much eat all the veggies they want, minimize the fruits a bit and of course, add complex carbs. Your breakfast and dinners rule. I'd also nix the ice and add either milk or yogurt to your shake.

Guys, P90x works as advertised, especially if you follow the diet as outlined. I have been cutting corners here and there, but followed the dieting at about 65%, and the the fat keeps dropping. I've uploaded the video with my progress for the past 2 months, and the change is very noticeable. Take a look for some motivation.

P90x isn't a quick fix. You need to devote time as well as eat healthy just like any other excercise program. The thing that does work is the muscle confusion. You need to clean your liver so you can stop having build up which creates your belly.

Some people are commenting on here that these food choices are stupid, such as saying he eats too many fruits, the thing about fruit is a lot of times your body burns more cals digesting a 100 calorie apple then it actually cancels itself out. When people cut foods out of their diet they cause cravings in the body, the trick is to count calories, simple science. I lost 35 pounds since last January and have kept it off. I firmly believe it is because I did not "cut" any certain food.

Another thing I did when I dropped about 30 lbs over the summer was I ate veggies and drank HOT green tea and ICE cold water in the morning. This jump started my system, an hour later I was interval running on the treadmill and doing random aerobic exercises. Burned a lot of fat. Another trick I learned was that eating fruit and veggies or some peanuts before eating a main meal decreased my hunger and I ate healthier. I need to start P 90 x soon.

Potatoes and meat should not be mixed according to food combining. Starch should be eaten separate from meat because they digest differently. I love turkey burgers and sweet potatoes but don't eat them together.

I think you need to cut back on the amount of natural sugars? Carbs are sugars that arent converted in your system yet, take in your good carbs and burn them instead of loading up on the sweet stuff ! Greens are better for ya in the longrun for all this as well. With my shake which is only breakfast, I use 3 strawberries, and a small handfull of rasberries, the rest of the shake is high protien and fiber, need to start whatching that diet your on budro!!!
