  • very,very cool album!

  • The songs were really good, but with Max Bacon singing and the production it sounds too polished and commercial. They had a problem balancing the vocals with two guitar players. They were trying to emulate the success of Asia, but it was the wrong time for that sound, and it was too cheezy to last.

  • I remember seeing GTR at the Verdun Auditorium on July 4, 1986. At that time it was General Admission so we all lined up at 12:00 NOON in the hopes of getting close to the front. WE ENDED UP FIRST ROW!!!

Both Steve Howe and Steve Hackett performed solos RIGHT IN FRONT OF US!!!

I STILL can't believe it has been 25 years

  • @doctordootch Wish I was there.

  • I Love Asia,Yes,Genesis,Gtr,Elp,

    and more.Progressive Rock Is Great.

  • such a sincere track and great art!

  • I love the classical guitar breakdown on this song where Steve Howe and Steve Hackett are playing. Or maybe that's just Howe by himself. Seems more his style. I don't know anything about Hackett's style beyond this album.

  • @speakwhnspkn2 The classic part is only played by Steve Hackett. If you want you can search it played live by Hackett :)

  • @vincenzogiannella Very nice rasguiado.

  • Love this track! :)

  • rocking song!
