The main reson for the struggle of Tamils is -they are let down by their mother country India..

Even in India,the majority Hindi-speaking(fair skinned)people have a somewhat racist attitude towards Tamils(though not as deadly as Sinhalese racists),and dont treat Tamils as brothers,from the bottom of their hearts..
