this was done on xbox live in a private match. I think you can only do it on that because you need to set max heath to doubble and helth regeneration to fast

is the bazooka/ rpg jump the same for cod 4?

yea, u can do this 4 CoD 4 but u have to fire your RPG and then jump a fraction sooner so you won't get killed.
