1) At the end of Kill Bill 2 at the credits when it scratches of the names of the ones she killed on her list, Elle got a ? over her name and

2) If you look up Kill Bill 3 (which, if the apocalypse doesn't happen, is coming out in 2014), Elle Driver is one of the listed characters in the movie.

Seeing this scene made me feel actual pain in my head. I can't actually bring myself to rewatch it...

But the reaction of Elle later on - the yells - were overdone, IMO. It was a "turn-off". I mean, I know that the entire movie isn't supposed to be realistic, but it made me unpleasantly aware that the entire scene is just a movie, and the people were just acting. It was disappointing. I was relieved to learn that it wasn't originally written that way and the actress was just improvising.
