as you probably know, glenn payne was lead, standing in a baritone position, but the baritone was george ammon webster who was replaced by mark trammel in late 70's.
@bassman3294 as you probably know it is glenn payne, but george ammon webster is the baritone standing in the normal lead position, who was replaced in the late 70's by mark trammell.
George hits a low B in this one at 3:47. I guess that's B1, the one that's in the space below two ledger lines below the bass clef. I heard him hit Bb1 multiple times in this concert.
Wow, George has a really cool voice-style. Resonant and strong. But I wish somebody would post this song from JD Sumner. I´ve searched for it everywhere, but i`ve never found the whole song. JD goes much lower, I think down to C#1. I would like to here that.
I can't believe I haven't heard of this project before. I'm kinda shocked. Is this video still available to the general public anywhere? Christian music stores or anywhere online?

Roger Horn was another great tenor. Don't know why he wasn't there for the reunion.

@DonSchanteloni I know this is an old post, but if you still want to hear JD's version, go to thebassmanadam. He's got two versions on his channel.
