Hello GM David, how can I find a chart for the points such as stomach 11, gallbladder 20, etc. Is this a chinese medicine chart or some other kind? Thank you.

This reminds me a little of craniosacral therapy, it's funny they use all these same techniques, but they justify it through some "scientific terminology". I think most medical fields have an esoteric group of individuals that know about these healing arts. They even use the secret sword mudra for opening blockages.

Do you find doing energy work on yourself less or more effective than doing it on another person? Is our chi weak against our own chi? God bless

A lot depends on the individual and what is wrong with them.

Example: What defense mechanisms do they have that may block their only healing.

Or

Very weak organs or just a very weak organ system. In this case they would need supplemental energies from someone else and may not be able to use their own energy to heal themselves.
