It is in the underground mall, which isnt marked on the map for whatever reason, but if you don't know where it is it is across the street from the saints mega condo.

You get the hotdog suit from this store, it is a costume store called lets pretend and it is located in the underground mall, which is directly across from the penthouse loft.

Yeah that would be cool, There is a police uniform and I think ultor security but it would be cool to have a swat and ultor soldier uniform as well.

It was not made avaliable so you have to get it through a glitch but DLC is comming out soon in which the police outfit will be made avaliable.

Well if you play on ps3 or pc I dont know forsure if the DLC is avaliable but on xbox 360 in the market place there is new dlc called "Ultro expossed" and it comes with police outfit swat alien and new cars and planes as well.
