you CAN find this tank....saw a guy on youtube who was ONLINE with it. the lcpd precinct on the middle island on the right side of the island like 3 quarters the way up. it was parked in a garage next to a cruiser.

@SUPERMIKKO24 Dual Core 2,6 Ghz 4 Go Ram and Nvidia Geforce 220 but I warm you this is borderline so if you want to play with the betters graphics you'll have to get better than that :D.

@Macaque1996 Dual Core 2.5 Ghz and NVIDIA GeForce 7300 SE/7200 GS with 2GB ram - you have no idea how much truble it was just to set it to low settings it literly took me a good 10mins because i got a frame every bout 5 seconds on high, it was so fusteration and when i got it all on low i got about 1fps

@DragonsREpic 2 GB of RAM is really not enough for GTA 4 you have to get 4 GB or more. And with your processor and your graphic card this is normal that you've got only 1 fps. You have to get much better than what you have already.

@Macaque1996 dammit X_X...it was a supercomputer when i got it 6 years ago =/ also i look at my cpu and it was at 100% during play, it would help if i new what a xbox and xbox 360 stats, also is there anyway i could test my graphics, that would help alot i heard my card has some fail technology where its 256mb and not 512mb or sumthing, i just need help researching this, thx again

@Macaque1996 That APC tank is great. It's 100% vulnerable to ramming. Your tank can die if it gets shot up too many times. By the way, Does this cheat work, even if I already completed the game?
