  • To be honest? Not TOO far off but the man doesn't ACT like he knows what he's talking about. FE Those of us from the US dont generally have to worry about this; but undercooked beef can transmit BSE (Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy) IE Mad Cow Disease. Also low temperature steak? Rare to "blue style" style beef does not digest very well in the human digestive tract. It sits in the colon for a LOOOONG time. Other than these omissions that any chef worth his whites should know, not bad.

  • hmmmm....the rare looks almost like blue rare, but yeah, it's rare. Medium rare is pink with the blood running through. Medium is pink with NO BLOOD. Medium well has traces of pink, and well done is cooked thoroughly.
