what you need is to give positions to people who are really responsible. thats how we do it, so it gets us to become more disciplined, since we're all crazy sophomores in an all-boy school. hahaha. good luck, feel free to ask more questions!

so now this whole drill team is WAY better than before..

well they was even better this year.......this was the a warm up competition and 6 of those girls was new to the team...this is there older drill and there new drill is a very nice drill and wayy better to this one....they are still #1 in houston and they will keep it that wayy 4 awhile....

we had 5 freshmans performing..wasn't our best but we came thru..

Okay, I have this to say. You guys were good, but I don't like modified step. My Unarmed Exhibition Drill Team won first place last year at a drill meet and we didn't do modified step. It was completely original. I think it looks silly and I just don't like it. You guys may have won numerous awards but I think it looks so silly. We're Navy JROTC!! Leave that stuff for Army and Air Force JROTC!!!! But I do like you're guys' name. Lady Seals is pretty cool! But that's it.

Okay. Fair, fair!! Now, I'm trying to come up with an Unarmed routine of my own, and I'm getting some ideas from you're routine. I'm not stealing them, don't worry. I have decided that I'm going to incorporate one or two steps in my routine but that's it!!! Cuz, I really don't like the whole routine being modified step. But, okay, I'll give you some credit, you guys are pretty good!!! I'll give you that. But I still think a routine with all modified step looks really tacky!!! No offense.

Your team is great though. This is one of the best unarmed teams I've seen. I think the idea of solo unarmed is kind of lame, but your team is really good.
