@pacmaninvaders This system is so hard to find. I mean I couldve got one off ebay but I woulda paid like over 300 bucks. And the system is going to break eventually anyways. So this deal worked out great. Got it Cheap. Fixed it and dont have to worry about it ever again!
@czs716 Have you checked craigslist? Theres 3 nice ones on the LA Craigslist site. I have 2 boxed that i found on there cheap. One for $50 and anothr for $60 with the cd base unit minus the cd drive.
@MoreDakka101 Keep Searching! I ran across another recently with 5 games. Had missing lid tho and guy wanted 200. Dont be afraid to pick up a broken one if you can get it cheap. Even if you find a working one, the capacitors will fail and you will hav to dive into repairing it anyways.

Personally I was once going to get a duo but decided to get the Turbo Grafx with CD instead because I just love the classic look of it. The duo looks kinda blocky.

Great deal there! I never got around to replacing those two 33uF 6V capacitors on my Turbo Express with 47uF 6.4V ones as I can't find any anywhere. Where did you source yours from? I'd lie to get the sound rocking loud like yours :)
@P5ychoFox I went to Fry's Electronics. But I also have found them at RadioShack. As long as the uF are 47 the voltage doesnt matter as long as its 6.4v or higher. No problem if you put a capacitor with a bit more voltage. I went a little higher on some on the Duo because thats all I could find.
@P5ychoFox I believe those were the ones I used. I also heard in some instances when some people replaced their sound caps with higher voltage ones, they got even louder volume than normal. So this is cool!
@RetroGameTech Totally! ever since i was able to fix the Turbo Express in one of my older videos, I had no fear attempting to fix the duo. And it was much easier that the Turbo Express too!!

The Turbo Duo is an excellent find...congratulations! I wouldn't have been able to fix it myself, I know absolutely nothing about repairing electronics.
@TheFrugalGamer I dont know much either. I first fiddled with the Turbo Express i found a bit ago that had sound issues. Got it to work so I decided to give the Duo a shot and it worked!!
