This happened to me but a different way. I killed Cohen when I finish his masterpiece, then I regret because you have to kill him in Olympus Heights to enter to his room (secret achievement). Well, I went to his apartment, killed those houdini splicers that were dancing and he just attacked me there! again! hehe What a glitch xD

this happened to me too,i was walking around fort frolic after killing cohen in his hotel,when i went down the stairs.everything turned red,and he attacked me.i didnt really shoot anything(except kill like 10 big daddies)so i must have glitched.

You know the 'ressurect' Plasmid? Sander Cohen possesses the Plasmid, and uses it as many times as you can kill him. At least, that's as far as I can tell.

@RuinCancers Sorry to disappoint you, but you can only get New Game Plus in the PS3 version in the expansion pack which costs about 5 pounds on PSN. (it comes with 3 bonus levels, and the New Game Plus feature). If you're wondering, the three new levels consist of challenges in which you have to save a little sister from danger

@OperativeStone Only Jack and Andrew Ryan can use the vita-chambers. They were designed by Andrew Ryan specifically for his DNA and since you are his son, you share the same DNA so therefore you can use them. Andrew Ryan should have respawned after you went Tiger Woods on his ass in the first game.

@KaosUnd3ad after the cutsceen where ryan dies by the golf club, if you go to the left of his desk you can go behind a wall where there is a vita chamber, but its deactivated and you can re activate it if you choose to.

Play a different game then. The game is pretty plot-driven; you can kill Cohen, but the game does not encourage you to, and diverts you from doing so by not having him act antagonistic towards you [save for his outburst]. Harvest a Little Sister, and you have a consequence. Games are filled with unrepairable consequences.

@honkytonkman211 That's actually not true. Many people think you're the original Big Daddy but you're the first Big Daddy to ever bond with a Little Sister. One of the Audio Diaries says that Big Daddies treated the Little Sisters like common houseplants. Subject Delta is not the original Big Daddy, he bonded with Eleanor which was the first successful bond.

Bathysphere, you can back track as you wish, right until you ride the elevator to kill Fontaine. If you have the console versions i would recommend making a save before you enter the door to the last level (the one where you are a big daddy) So you can do the trophies/achievements. Also while in big daddy form splicers will not attack you.

Well according to the story line... cohen could be revived by a vita chamber since he was a distant cousin of Andrew Ryan. So his resurrection is possible....

all you have to do is not kill him so he unlocks the first glass container then go to his apartment and kill him. he will drop a key so you can open the other glass container (which he did to make it look like he killed him in that room). when you mess with his masterpiece after you kill him in his apartments it will "resurrect" him and you can kill him again.
