This book is extremely helpful for those of us in withdrawal. I have personally used the coping tools described in it, and they have helped me immensely since I've begun using them. My wd is not an easy one, but reading Benzo-Wise and using the information in it IS extremely helpful..

The FB benzo support group to which @laaxe refers is the Benzodiazepine (Benzo) Withdrawal Support Group. You will have to do a search on FB for it as YouTube isn't allowing me to post the link.

Nice production, but I will help every benzo victim like mt self get past benzo withdrawal without a profit. There is a Benzodiazepine Withdrawal Sopport Group on Facebook which costs nothing, which I hope you will further this message, as the pill & doctor are the problem, and not the patient.

@laaxe Thanks for your comment. I'm the author & just wanted you to know that I've not made a single penny from this book. It was written only to help, not as a commercial venture & all royalties (£1 per book, to which I agreed in order to keep the cost of the book as low as possible) go to charity. I would never exploit anyone in withdrawal & although I'm a counsellor, have never charged any of the 4,000+ I've helped thru withdrawal. Also, I support every FB group forum & always will...

@laaxe A first book makes no money for the author unless it's a bestseller. And I knew this before I put my blog into book form at the request of the readers. It's the best thing I've ever done based on the emails I receive daily from those who say it is a lifeline. So next time pls get your facts right before jumping to conclusions. And let's all continue to help each & every person coping with withdrawal in whatever way possible - through a forum, FB group or even more books. Peace & Light
