This is ridiculous. Just because someone served in our military that does not make them any better than any other homeless person. Some are, but not all. Many of these so-called vets never even saw combat. Some of them actually get a check and spend it on dope or alcohol. They get free health care and many other benefits. Why are many of them any better than say a welder or waitress who fell on hard times?

There are homeless doctors who have saved lives, not killed. Does that mean we should be tossing money their way the rest of their lives. These soldiers knew what they were signing up for, and if they didn't, maybe they should have signed on. Of course these people are heroes and we should take care of them when they come home. I'm not saying we shouldn't. What I'm point out is the real agenda of this reporting.
