You're pulling, after your drive, and that's why you can't finish the vault. On the 3rd jump, you looked a lot better, and i'm sure the only reason why your top wasn't so good, is cause you were concentrating on driving, so much.
Just remember: DRIVE-SWING, no passiveness, just drive-in and swing to inversion, staying as straight as possible
