@TheBinggg There's no voices in the cutscene. It can be used for people who want to make a fandub aka use their own voices to renact the scene. In other words, it's a template.

Kind of like a karaoke. except you don't sing. You redub the voices in the scene. Probably something the maker of this movie will do soon.
