hi i really like the way you decorated your sons room , i pretty much have the same idea of how i wanna decorate as well , i wanted to ask about the brown stripes on the wall did u guys use a stencil to make the stripes ?

@ralphysgurl42 I calculated the measurements myself. It all depends on the size of the room (wall space), and depending how thick/thin you want the stripe to be. It's just a matter of simple math. =). It helps to use clear caulk over the blue tape on the edges to seal it down so no paint will seep underneath the tape. You must paint it over the caulk and then pull off the tape 30-45mins after the paint is drying cuz you want the paint to be tacky. It will not rip.

@momoof2 Thanks. The wipe warmer is for disposable wipes. The diaper genie is for used diapers.. (trash can). I didn't put together any of the furniture... I just helped with painting, sorting the clothes, planning the layout/design and color scheme of the room, and putting together the bathroom set.

Hopefully tonight I will be able to work on a new video and have it uploaded for everyone to see when they wake up... wait til you see him!!

How darling. I just love the way you have everything and are so organized. You really are set for little man. I love the name you picked as well. I have to admit I was the same way when I had my little ones, however I didn't paint. I can't wait to move to our next duty station so that I can paint the rooms, and decorate the house nicely.
