hey, i know you probs wont read this but hey if you do, great. Anyway im 15 and already got a band going and they needed a screamer, thanks to you now im much better but i still do clean vocals much better. I remember at the begining of the video you said you prefered cold juice. Not advised because juice is sticky and makes the throat sticky, and second cool liquids make the vocal muscle numb and then they dont work so try using room temp water, it helps. thanks again

That is a myth, it is possible but it all depends on how you scream and your if you are still growing or not.

It does not necessarily ruin your voice, it only changes your vocal cords not actually ruin them if you do it right.

Some people can scream without changing their vocal cords at all.
