Iran has industrial centrifuges that are large enough to enrich uranium to 90% U235. You can measure a centrifuge to figure out what its use is. A centrifuge designed to separate a certain gas will have a certain radius. The radius of the Iranian centrifuge is that required to enrich U235. What use would Iran have for this? A nuclear reactor? But nuclear reactors only require 3-4% enrichment.
