If your cat really is outside all of the time and is tore up and puking and shitting everywhere, your cat probably has toxoplasmosis. a brain infecting parasite that can infect humans. It can literally control your behavior. It's also very common, like half the worlds population has it and its extremely easy to get infected. watch the fuck out with cats.
