It is so sad for Khmer. Government have to find justice for those victims both wounded and died. Giving 5 millions riels, 1000 dollars, or some fund to the death is not legal solution or compensation, it is only the charity help. Finding out people's responsible for sad event is the best way to prevent destruction or any incident in the future. But sometime giving the money without any right investigation is the best way that the rich or power man always do with the poor in this country. Legal?
