Looks good...just curious why you didn't just route it by hand as apposed to using the routing table. A little bit more trouble, but a lot less likely shavings would get into the router. Just a thought
@WestCoastMods Sometimes I do. When I route small parts safety is a high concern and a table allows for complete control. I often use a vacuum to keep the swarf out of the router, but sometimes that's hard to set up without obstructing the action. In this case the bit I was using is quite long, so using that in a top down mode would mean chowdering into some scrap and making even more swarf as well as loading up the bit. I use all sorts of set ups depending on what seems the most efficient/safe
