Three cheers for SNK, it's smart move that pulled it out of extinction. Three more cheers for in house music workers that made such memorable music that wasn't just the popular radio bands that now dominate the soundtracks today. Few games like Guilty Gear, before it was sold off, and other such fighting games still keep a bit of that alive.

I was one of those guys who actually imported the Fatal Fury games, and many other SNK tittles in from japan for my Sega Saturn. I had this ST Key with all the different meg ram carts built in, including the 3 and 4 that you needed to play Real Bout and Real Bout Special. It also had the action replay plus built into it but didn't need that. Also it was a back up memory cartridge. Wonderful little thing.

But yeah, I saw this video way back then and thought it was great. Memories I tell you.

@krosenkreuz I see what you mean. It's supposed to be a sorprano saxaphone. It only looked black because of the background. It looks similar to a clarinet, but they are vastly different from each other.

Greetings from Italy! I remember when I first finished RB FF I couldn't believe my eyes: an entire videoclip as a finish sequence. What an awesome ending! SNK artists did truly master these things: artworks, and especially music. With the NeoGeo CD they did some unbelievable soundtrack that could never be forgotten. IMHO the Fatal Fury Special soundtrack is still the best any combat game of every era was ever graced. SNK lives on...

1st class session musicians in Japan, in which Tomohito AOKI bassist.

He's been famous for slapping and we can appreciate his play in the

songs of DIMENSION, Japanese fusion group.

This is in the Saturn version of Real Bout Garou Densetsu Special when you beat the game. Also, this is not a video (FMV) you're looking at; it's a sprite animated sequence just like the game's intro (Terry getting a beating from Krauser). That's why it's a bit repetitive (VRAM limitation on sprite storage) and is lacking effects, like true transparency (neither Neo-Geo or Saturn can do it).

I remember this song..., first time heard it when I beat Fatal Fury game in PS with EXPERT difficulty when I thought I'd go for challenge back then.

It's the Fatal Fury with the "White" guy as a boss in it. I think he's only appear in one Fatal Fury game..., another cheap boss by SNK >_<
