I have about 50 comfreys growing around my permaculture plot as of this spring, hoping to quadruple that next winter. Really love this stuff. Thanks for the idea to propagate it like this. It is a hard herb to hold back, isn't it?! What a life force! I think maybe it'll be my first "ecological support" herb for sale at my market stand on the weekends, and this seems like a good way to offer it.
