In Maryland here 165 is the highest after running it at the track. Don't waste your money on a 3 row aluminum radiator, trust me....go with a Fbody radiator out of a late 80s camaro. They are cheap...got mine for 90 bucks at advance auto...it is simply the best radiator for our cars. Your car should fly in the summer as well as the winter

I hope your car doesn't run anything close to 200 degrees. That is hot. Mine runs 165 degrees in traffic on a hot day....at the most. Get a Fbody radiator, dual fans and 160 degree thermostat...it will run 10 times better

You just have to work hard. I paid $10,000 for my WS6 Trans Am 6 Speed a month ago and I am 17. I also had a 70 GTO, and a fully restored 80 Trans Am Black S/E that I built myself from the ground up. I only make $100 a week, just have to make good investments and learn how to hustle. Work your way from one car to another. Next up is a GN, 70 Camaro or a 69 fastback.
these cars are not cheap... and you pay one way or the other... buy one cheap and you pay to have it repaired. I suggest you look up the cost of a short block sometime. It will be an eye awakening experience.
Then pray to God you don't need one lol. The GTO had some wicked expensive parts, I had to bail on that one. The Trans Am was easy and fun. Plus every body and their uncle had one at some time so it was awesome to drive around with everyone waving. It was a very solid car to begin with though. I only had $3000 or so into it and pulled $8500 out of it when I sold it. I think I have a video up of when it was complete.

You'll need a bit more than just that NOS kit to see 11's.... I wouldn't toss 150 horses at it immediately either. Inch up... you'll be amazed at what 75 horses will do! Drag radials, high volume Fuel pump, and exhaust mods will assist that nitrous bottle option.

Nice setup, almost what I am getting built right now. Once its running again I will have a better vid (of it moving) up with a list of what it will have. Keep an eye on that top end fuel issue, I lifted my heads due to running out of fuel at the top end. If your 65 lb/hr injectors get the job done that makes me feel more comfortable about my 72 lb/hr injectors I replaced the 009's with.
On my Supra run on my channel,lifted the head,but only enough to leak drops water out back,day after that was fixed, melted #1 sparkplug running a dragster,65lbs injectors,XPrace pump intank ,hot wire kit NOT ENOUGH!cars going with 72's like yours now,have to mod the ECM, duel intank walden pumps ,Recomend the roller cam kit change for rebuild.Everyones whiping hydro-cam lobes i hear
I have a full roller set up and F.A.S.T. Classic. I am sure I will need more fuel (have a single 340 right now) which will be worked out on some shakedown passes when the motor is back in the car.

Very nice. Mine has a 218/212 roller and stock ratio 1.55 roller rockers. Bored .40 over with Diamond pistons and race ported 8445 irons. TE44 with razors kit as well. I keep boost conservative because of a 9:1 compression ratio.

If the motor has T&D roller rocker arms on it you'll hear the clickity click sound under the hood... it is very noticable.
Clearly this car has much larger exhaust as well... and that will contribute significantly to such a sound.

the motor was rebuilt each time,I'm now sueing that guy,(KDK performance)...Cal Hartline is tuning it now,the only fast GN's are 86-87's...;^)..buddie in my GN group has 1 of the 415 made vinal top t-types,rarer then a GNX...8^)

You'll need a bit more than just that NOS kit to see 11's.... I wouldn't toss 150 horses at it immediately either. Inch up... you'll be amazed at what 75 horses will do! Drag radials, high volume Fuel pump, and exhaust mods will assist that nitrous bottle option.

Nice setup, almost what I am getting built right now. Once its running again I will have a better vid (of it moving) up with a list of what it will have. Keep an eye on that top end fuel issue, I lifted my heads due to running out of fuel at the top end. If your 65 lb/hr injectors get the job done that makes me feel more comfortable about my 72 lb/hr injectors I replaced the 009's with.

On my Supra run on my channel,lifted the head,but only enough to leak drops water out back,day after that was fixed, melted #1 sparkplug running a dragster,65lbs injectors,XPrace pump intank ,hot wire kit NOT ENOUGH!cars going with 72's like yours now,have to mod the ECM, duel intank walden pumps ,Recomend the roller cam kit change for rebuild.Everyones whiping hydro-cam lobes i hear

Very nice. Mine has a 218/212 roller and stock ratio 1.55 roller rockers. Bored .40 over with Diamond pistons and race ported 8445 irons. TE44 with razors kit as well. I keep boost conservative because of a 9:1 compression ratio.
Just waiting on my built trans now, because I destroyed the stock one :/
