My family has a french bulldog-boston terrior cross. Her name is Allie and she is seven years old. We got her because a woman my mom worked with bred dogs. Her Frenchie and her bostn mated and they were going to have to let the puppies die.. I'm not sure why but I guess it's just some rule in breeding and the puppies just weren't allowed. Of course my Mum just couldn't let that happen so we picked out Allie. She brings a smile to our faces every day.

I have had boxers since 1977 and still love them, but we inherited two mad, French bulldogs - weird but so loveable. Emmitt is such a sweetie and long may you enjoy. No matter what breed, they are all precious.

Napoleon and Josephine (already named!) had an uncertain life before they came to us. We live in Spain where animal care has many years to advance yet. They were two confused, untrained doggies and at first I thought 'What have I done?!' but now they are two definite characters who brighten up our lives, despite their strange habits. I am delighted that Emmitt brings you such joy and I am sure you will make the most of it. Long may you be together.

I guess they are rounder in the body and the ears are larger and don't fold back as well. I grew up with Bostons and I've been wanting one again but the French Bull is pretty cool! Now I have to make two decisions, THANKS a lot!
