Too bad the sound is such poor quality. I wonder how one can sing crouched in boxes like that? The diaphram is clearly compresed in some of those poses... I did NOT like staring at the curtain for the first 3 minutes. I would have moved on before it opened had I not read a comment that it does indeed open.

The impressive thing about this performance was the feeling of expectation produced among the spectators by hiding the scene behind a golden curtain until the musical climax is reached - it is parallel to the Hebrews' expectation of seeing their home once again. Beautifully restrained - I love it.
