And just to clear things up no lip syncing, if you have ever seen Blue October live you know that they do not play like that... Just a mess up on editing of the video. But I know some bands (Blue October included) have tracks playing behind their songs when they play, like for electronically made sounds or the woman talking at the end of this song, or when the singer sings two parts at the same instance, that are part of the music part but not really the vocals. 4:11 sounds to me like an essential part of the music but not really a needed bit for vocals, so it might be on the track in case she forgets or something.
