This video is absolutely disgusting. Expert village has done it again...this is NOT how to play bluegrass guitar rhythm. He's actually playing the Bo Diddley beat at one point in the video!
I'll post a video in the next couple days just to make up for this dribble.

looks like G and Em however most bluegrass is out of a G and played in the key of A with a capo on the 2nd fret
hope it helps the chords for a G run are
G - C & D and Em for a off chord
