@ghb31 First of all, for 5 straight years (since moneymaker) the best players at the table have failed to win. We have so many preflop all-ins. And then to top it off, so many bad beats. Prime example, Darwins AQ knocked out Phil Ivey's AK last year. Final table is just a roller coaster ride of pre flop all ins, and then riding your luck. I'm not saying skill does not play a part, but luck is much more dominant as players are willing to take chances with inferior hands.

@sshakababy yea i agree..after seeing how they play at the final table its hard to imagine any skill at all in the wsop...although its standard for a big stack to go all in against the smaller stacks it seems like it happens every hand...how can you determine the most skilled tournament players tho, the ones that have the most cashes? the ones that have the most final tables? is there enough skill in online poker tournaments to be profitable and cash in every single one?
