Just to set the record straight, this is not hacking it's a way to change password and what not.

If you whant to hack, crack you should study in Network Security.

Use programs like Cain&Abel, Nmap, Aircrack, Wireshark and so on.

You can use Apr poisoning, SQL Injection.

you can send an email from any address as long as you host a server. While you send an email you can type any email address you want and it will show up as the address in the mailbox you send it too. However you never actually hacked the email. This is a scam. Get a life and really learn how to code, noob.
