Wait a second. Early in the series run the Doctor stated in no uncertain terms that he could sense other Timelords/Galifreyans.

So how come he didnt sense her before?

And when the Master died they made it crystal clear that the Doctor was the absolute LAST of the Timelords. So he couldn't possibly have a daughter. The Doctor even grieved over the Masters final permanent death precisely because he was the last Gallifreyan.

The writers arent very good at continuity.

watch the episode, you'll understand. its this weird thing, they take a tissue sample of the doctor and from that tissue sample they create a new person(who actually is a timelord)... just watch it. its called "the doctor's daughter".

I'll explain it more clearly.The TARDIS goes wild and takes the Doctor,Donna and Martha to the planet Messaline(where a war between the Humans and the Hath is raging).Upon arrival, guards show up and shaove the Doctor's hand into a progenation machine, which creates a fully grown,fully educated person from the Doctor's DNA.The person,or "Jenny"(named by Donna)has no idea of her Time Lord heritage and is "nothing but a soldier" in the words of the Doctor.*No space left,continued in next comment*

As I was saying. Basically, Jenny was apparently the reason for the TARDIS bringing the Doctor there. However it got there too soon, so therefore they've created Jenny in the first place. Meaning Jenny herself is the result of a Paradox. And she didn't exist before this episode, so that's why the Doctor couldn't detect her.

i think it would be sweet if the doctor could travel with his daughter, it would kinda change the whole show around though. i dunno. my first choice would be his daughter, then rose. even though rose was getting a little bit old like, cause she was around for 2 seasons, she should come back, for the sake of the plot.

does anybody know what the real plot for this season is yet? it seems kinda ransom so far.
