  • Thank you for sharing, Kelly. Please consider using armless chairs. They are safer and offer a greater variety of chair modifications. I notice that you use the arms for what you call 'Table Top' (technically 'Upward Plank') but you can use the seat of the chair for the same pose.

    Also, have you considered using music during your program?
