  • At Walmart they sell foam rollers, what is the length and density you recommend for your foam roller exercise/stretches? Any help is appreciated

  • @sxyynggrl4u pick up the 24 inch, and if you have a density option, go with a higher density if you don't want to have to replace it! if you don't mind buying a couple in the next few months, start with a lower density roller, so it's easier to get used to.. then upgrade to the higher density to really work the myofascia xxo :)

  • Can you make all your vids to play on mobile like for the iPad. I do some of the workouts with the iPad and the Tighten & Tone your abs with our Best Circuit Workout won't play on the iPad any more. Please put it back so it can play on the mobile version again

  • @iluvn14 losing body fat happens over time, when you are following a nutrition program designed to do this, along with challenging your body physically each day! Stay Hydrated, and eat natural :)

  • LOVE my foam roller, these are the best foam roller suggestions I've seen. I love the chest stretches!

  • Would stretching more prevent my muscles from getting so big? When I run a lot and work my legs a lot, my thighs and calves tend to get really bulky with muscle instead of slim and lovely. does this just depend on the individual, or is there a way to minimize this?

  • @MrsSaritaJ You're probably not getting "bulky", it's just swelling. It's really difficult to gain a few pounds of muscle (it takes quite a lot of time, although it depends on your body, hormones etc.). You may be overtraining, so your muscles get inflamated and sore, and yes, streching helps (at least for me and most people I know).

  • @jantzari @MrsSaritaJ (continued) You also need to rest, which will indeed boost your results, since muscle repairing is so important for building strength, muscle, speed and in your next workout you'll perform better.

  • :D FOAM ROLLERS!!!! I use those in my gym class xD man it looks like nothing but it hurts soo much!!!!! it's so hard to relax into painful areas :S but I definitely feel better once the pain is over :) u guys are an inspiration & I <3 u :D

  • In gym class, we actually use the foam rollers. we do almost the same routine as you showed, but we also do a lower back roll that feels great. Thanks for the video!

  • hi i am a new mom with no time to workout on my time off i catch up on house work with a 6 month old 2 yr old and 6 yr old do i need a gym membership or would tone it up be sufficient enough? i like running but with winter coming its hard to run with a stroller

  • This is an inexpensive tool to add to the home gym. What are the basic, most essential tools that every home gym for women should have? There are so many options out there, I may find myself with a lot of stuff that may end up collecting dust. lol

  • Love all your workouts, but this isn't practical for many people; especially because its hard very hard to lift yourself and hold it, Karena makes it look so easy, is there anything else that people can do to excercise with a ball? maybe as a starter workout???

  • @lpsnowchic21 thanks!!! we use sublime bronzer & sometimes Australian gold. sometimes sunless tanner can be a little orangy so we use a little redish blush to balance the orange color. :)
