I hear the best way to do it all is to just join everybody in on a Skype conversation and then record that. But I can't because my internet goes throughhh the laptop :/

@WEGLgaming that's for recording dual comms that are not live. Doing it the way I do it is the easiest.

how do you sink your audio?

@cod4door I record my voice through audacity and sync it up by ear on Sony Vegas. There are other ways to do it, I believe you can do it in one program. But I don't know how.
