@Karl775 what does it mean DRUMSTEP? you cant fuse the 2 things because they have a COMPLETELY different beat pattern, they just have both a similar "counter tempo" beat thats suits both of the styles and there is where you can fuse the 2 elements, i would say it is rather DUBSTEP with sm drumnbass musical elements & DRUM 'n' BASS aside....
