I actually like this version of the song, it is brilliant, I like "stripped down" and unplugged. the way i see it all this "selling out" talk seems to get battened down pretty quick. i think this is because not one person who yells "sell out" can actually come up with a hard and fast set of rules governing this scenario.

you will find lemmy and many others like him working on collaborative albums, getting involved with adverts, games, films, as well as their own albums and a much higher reliance on touring. it's not all about pumping out albums for money, there is the constant upkeep of your exposure to consider. perhaps someone he knows needed a break so he jumped in to help out. who knows? lemmy has helped a lot of folks out, which is not a bad thing. simply hating all things advert does not make sense.

and advertising is required to sell all your albums and your concert tickets. so how is one form of advertising worse than another? if advertising is bad, that means you cannot listen to any music at all unless you simply stumbled upon it by accident without ever having heard of it before. which really narrows it down. plus, as advertising is evil, you cannot even tell anyone about the cool stuff you've heard unless they go and spent money on it.....
