Dislocated Kneecap

man i know what dislocating the knees are like. happend 4 times to my right and once to my left. its gotten to the point it doesn't hurt anymore and I can just pop it back in. Last time it happend I was bowling with some friends. that was like 2-3 months ago and its swelling still isn't all the way gone.

Bracing works if it doesn't happen regularly. My kneecaps have been dislocating since the age of 14. I'm now 33. It happens randomly when walking around the house and unbelievably even attempts to dislocate when wearing braces. It's as if the kneecap is fighting to move to the outside. The first time this happened i wore a full leg brace for 8 weeks. About 2 months after while in therapy it dislocated again. So for some people bracing isn't an option.

i have onily got mine knee cap dislocated one time it looks like u are not going to the doctor if u go to the docter and have a brace on for like 8 weeks there is a less chance of it happening !
