Hold on, so does this "concing" only work with certain server settings? Or if I learn how to conc, can I do it on any server? (Because that would be hilarious)
check us out on the steam community (in description) we got a server you can join for concing. or talk to some of the admins and try to get into it. Its down right now for maintenence but you can eventually get into it. We also have a thread on the steam forums.
