hey dont forget us Canadian's Canada is filled with Irish Scotish ....plus British im QTR Brit QtrIrish Qtr German and Canadian and we love it in Nova Scotia
u cant say ur a quarter canadian. its like sayin someone is a quarter american. canadians werent there except for innuits. they moved from other countries as did united states people.
If you want to learn the bagpipes; then watch these short videos. Instruction techniques are excellent, and clear to follow and understand from the beginner level, just like myself. Wish I could get them on a DVD set?
@ewingd1 I've been playing the pipes for 12 years. If you want to learn the bagpipes, then DO NOT try to learn from these videos, or any type of instruction off of the internet. You can go ahead and try to learn on your own from the internet, but I have seen it in person countless times and it makes poor pipers. The best way to learn is in person from an experienced instructor. If you truly want to learn to play correctly, join a local pipe band. They will generally give free lessons one-on-one.
The sad part is Bagpipes are actaully an italian thing considering the romans invented them and used them throughout their many millitary campaigns.
