  • @gcraw7777 -Also, keep your energy up. -If any1 is having a hard time going lucid, wait until early morning to practice around 3 to 5 am(wake up then do your routine..go back to sleep). -INTENT and EXPECTATION with FEELING.<-------real important! -And avoid fear, this is your life playing out in your dream..nothing to fear at all. -Keep a journal folks, recall is much easier. -Some techniques don't work for some as they do for others..so experiment. You will find your way.

  • musics too fucking looud

  • secret love? PFFT in my dreams im a rapist >:3

  • @gregwar7 ROFL.

  • I just had the most lucid dream ever and thats why im googling all this stuff and I found this video. Its currently 4 in the morning here in California and it was such a strange experience I can't seem to go back to sleep.

Though it might have been strange. It was sure interesting. I'll give it that.

  • Any of you cats looking for some serious lucid dreaming technique - check out my new ground breaking concept - the "AC Hybrid State" method - first vid is out today and it's gonna rock the LD world so check it out and I'm free to chat about it :)

  • Try taking mid day naps if you can, in light sleep lucidity is easier. I work a 2nd. shift so if I get up around 11:30 am this will keep me groggy to drift back to sleep an hour latter, as soon as I fall asleep I wake up in dream land,I'll get right back up for the sofa that I feel asleep on 3 seconds earlier! Its funny too the tv won't turn on and the room seems to be twice as big, try looking into a mirror or out a window! The only down side to nap lucid dreaming is your not in deep sleep s0

  • Last night I dreamed I was lying on a lawn kissing a girl, it was really wonderful.

I was very close to becoming lucid as well, it was like "this is a dream" *wakes up*. =P

  • @Laurelindo last night was my first lucid dream ever it was when i woke up standing beside this guy and we whee about to fight this giant pider but when the spider attacked us it ended :( i really wanted to fight the spider lol....

  • I would become Neo... epic...

  • god....please let me lucid dream..it's the closest thing to heaven for me....amen.

  • @aviona123 Its not that hard - just requires some proper training

There is a lot of grabage out there on the subject so please beware

I host a good teaching site for free, wake up in your dreams.R

  • @1DreamWarrior yeah i'm really confused on how to do it....and isn't it true that if u get too excited, you wake up?

  • @aviona123 Exitement and expectation are the killers. Loose attatched awareness and open mind are the anchors so one really needs to re evaluate one'e view of reality to allow the dream to manifest as our prejudiced view of reality inherently contradicts the motion of the lucid dream

On a practical manner, this means we need to explore a deeper relationship with the understanding of the dream to fertilise it. Check out my site - Wake Up In Your Dreams and lets chat :)

  • @1DreamWarrior alright thnx bery much :)

  • I wish I could go lucid, waaah!

  • You need to see it to believe it. If your a dush-bag that isn't gunna try! Lets Go Lucid!

  • I bought a lucid dream mask, but haven't been able to get the process to work. The mask works fine, but it's tricky when you're waiting to fall asleep knowing those little lights will come on. Kind of like a distraction. In other dreams, I've been at the tail end of the dream, where I'm flying, and the sensation and visuals are awesome. It can't be explained or described, but anyone experiencing it knows what I'm talking about.

  • dude you can get this good thing but you pass an "test" hallucination you can seem the worst fear its just concetrate and forget everything

  • See you in my dreams tonight Tessa <3

  • lol neo from the matrix

  • I really want to lucid dream that im a keyblade master! haha

  • oh god! im lucid !! --- *wake up*

  • Do you recall dreaming of: "waking in a large parking lot across from a 2 story apt complex, not recalling which car you arrived in of many?

    2. Recall: Returning on more than 1 occasion: Communicating with others while there, An upscale mall, 13 suns & innumerable moons of varying size in the sky, A large disorganized Building Ctr, Odd changing atmosphere, Walking/arriving in Space-port, Ed & training ctr or market, elevated dormitories, Advanced-tec films?

If so - "please" contact me?

    MTH

  • fuck you

  • wtf is lucid dream?

  • @B0rnToRoll dreamviews,com

  • @B0rnToRoll look it up

  • I just want to have meaningful conversation with raptors and stuff to get a better understand of what I should be doing in my waking life..Is that weird?

  • Yeah what helped me lucid dream is calea zacatechichi extract, gave me wonderful dreams and gave a nice relaxed feeling after I smoked the 10x extract off of ebay, its a good deal for only 5.79 a gram

  • So people that say that they were dead for a few seconds say that they have been in heaven. It could just be lucid dreaming. Maybe lucid dreaming is heaven.

  • @lofhy if that's true, I cant wait for it... :D

  • I wouldn't take this too serious. Thinking and day dreaming is basically the same. But its not possible to have a real view of it because you have another part of your life behind you. It only works when you are unconscious.

  • @lofhy

"Thinking and daydreaming"? Have you ever seen LD? I have. And i can tell you, daydreaming is nothing compared to that. You feel everything like it would happen really. You can eat anything and taste it. Touch anything and feel it. get know your subconscious. Make music, paintings, art. Anything.

  • @lofhy Lucid dreaming is amazing. It's better than daydreaming by millions. You feel, see, smell and have all your senses and everything can be just as vivid and as realistic as real life. You don't know what you are talking about.

  • my channel provides a great technique with which you will become lucid the same night! actually it is a tune which you will listen before going to sleep and the same night you will be come lucid! enjoy!

  • And yet I still haven't had a lucid dream :(

  • @DalueCommentarys hmm..if it isn't lack of perseverance(commitment), or lack of intent(the desire to LD), then it may b fear keeping u here.

  • @gcraw7777 It is fear of sleep paralysis :(

  • @DalueCommentarys Yea fear is a definite show stopper. But u dream every nite, so why is paralysis a prob.? You are doing it then.. everytime u dream. As far as I know this isn't just reserved for LDing. .it is a constant. I would be more fearful of acting out my dreams while still asleep.. which is what sleep paralysis prevents.

  • @gcraw7777 And I understand people wake into this paralysis which can be somewhat disturbing. I have experienced paralysis after being snapped back into my sleeping form before. But my intent to stay in the dream, mixed with meditation and a focus on witnessing instead of participating so much emotionally helped I believe. In my experience when there is no stimuli to cause a snapback into wakefulness, there is no waking paralysis.

  • @gcraw7777 Yeah the astral beings would creep me out during sleep paralysis, however if I ever get it I'm just gonna tell them to get the FUCK out of my room in my head. They'll hear me.

  • Comment removed

  • @DalueCommentarys I have no experience in that area. I had paralysis, but no entities. You will get it. Practice. Don't let fear get in the way. If I could tell u anything it would be relax, focus, breathe and take control.

  • Always, if u get lucid dream, count ur fingers and dont watch in mirrors!it can do the nighmares.

  • Any lucid dreamer than can give me a vividity level of lucid dreams because i only had one and it wasnt vivid really, i wanna know how it feels compared to actual reality and how u maintain awareness because i had mine but it felt more like a slightly more vivid dream than normal ones with some dream control

  • @MrSuperSmashed You're OK. Just persist. It will become more vivid. As for my awareness level.. I guess I could compare it to when you first wake up in the morning and there is no thought, just relaxation. I am awakened, but I only exist at the moment, free and unbound. This is how I feel in lucidity, in dream.

  • @gcraw7777 Thanks mate, I needed some more inspiration :D

  • @MrSuperSmashed Your Welcome.

  • lucid dreams are the shiz. ive had a couple.

  • woaaa ME GUSTA!!

  • SSOOOOO cheesy :P Thanks for being such a hardcore lucid dreaming fan

  • euh... WOW

  • If anyone is interested me (Tom) and my mate (Joe) have created an outrageous podcast completely based on the wonderful art and science of lucid dreaming. It contains some strong language and adult themes.

We have set up a blog where the podcast can be downloaded however I cannot paste the link on here without the comment being deleted.

So to listen to the podcast simply type in Get Lucid in the search box of facebook. And the link is on our facebook page.

    Thanks for reading

    Tom

    Get Lucid

  • They should call it Legit Dreaming

  • It has been 4 years ago for me since I started my interest in lucid dreaming and still my motivation grows along the years. Right now I don't have to think if I might dream tonight; I know that I'm gonna dream tonight, like every night. In most of them I become lucid at some point and every night it's different. I did noticed that my lucid dreams became a lot more intense along the years. It's outstanding what our brain is able to let us experience in such state... Looking forward to tonight! =)

  • @MoonTribe Awesome.

  • it is really like that

  • 0:48 Is that Metallica's "Master of Puppets" cover? 8D

  • Song from Gladiator

  • every night, I enter a whole different world. ^_^

  • Lucid dreams is one of the greatest things that has ever happend to me!

With this, my grades has improved, my sleep is better, my memory is sharpend, my imagenation is better and i have great fun.

Too people that can't lucid dream, Learn to do it, you will NOT regret it!

  • @HelldreamMulti I can imagine what a first lucid dream must feel like - it's like a combined feeling of curiosity, haughty confidence and strong exhilaration, right? :P

That moment when you finally discover that you're actually looking around by your own will and slowly realize that you have the right to do absolutely anything you want? :D

I used to have a few lucid dreams very long ago, but I've kinda forgotten what they felt like. :P

  • @Laurelindo i having lucid dreams this past few days... it felt you very excited because you can do anything in you dreams you like GOD in you own world i jsut say 1thing and it came up ( but my lucid dreams always stop at middle of it or at first it never ends T_T )

  • @YulasDarkAngeL I've heard you can rub your hands in order to keep the lucid dream going, because this forces you to use several of your senses (feel, hearing etc).

Also if you want to wake up you can try to feel as excited as possible, since this tends to wake people up. XD

  • @HelldreamMulti I can never seem to become aware that im dreaming

  • @HelldreamMulti how long does it take to learn

  • @HelldreamMulti It is truly an amazing thing. So sad that modern man is not very acceptant of it, it is such a pity really. Throwing away such an amazing skill that is better than anything. At least we are some of the few people who have opened up to it.

  • but guys.... don't let a dream be your reality and reality be your dream

  • would be better... open your eyes... how?... go to sleep...

im training my recall for a dreams.. then il start to train lucidity

To live my life how I wanted it to be. Then, when I wake up from my dream, I'll ask myself, am I dreaming now?

  • This is so fun! You can build your own world, and then the other night you can dream the same thing! It's like living in 2 worlds, but in the dream world, you can do what ever you want!!! :D Tonight i am going to lucid dreaming, to night im gonna lucid dream, to night im gonna lucid dream... xD

  • Hey, iver been trying to lucid dream for a while now and i had my first one the other night. just letting you guys know that if your trying and getting frustterated its all worth it.

  • I've been trying to Lucid Dream, but I Can't. Its too hard.

  • If lucid dreaming is like this... I will never wake up. *eagerly awaits tonights*

  • I'm on here b/c I actually had a lucid dream last night, I saw an old friend she turned around and behind her it was snowing beautifully! I was like, I'm awake in my dream!!! This is my first lucid dream ever!!! and then it was over and went back to a normal dream. anyway lucid dreams are AMAZING and I am now more obsessed than before! check out: ww w.thebeatsbinaural.info

  • sorry this came out bottem to top so just start from earliest post ...and explore bliss you must practise your awareness through the day (stop day dreaming) that feeds the subconciouse with jargen and in hienside you will dream jargen so the secret is stay in the moment use all 5 cences as long as possible look around at every thing examine stay in that moment make it last as long as you can before a thought or somthin or som1 breaks it this will make you do the same in dreams andbang your lucid

  • SO i feel the need to share with you all that i practise astral travel and that is leaving the body conciously with full awareness and entering the astral plane and i have without a doubt that it is the same place you go when dreaming except a lower level of awareness wich allows your subconciouse to interveen making 1 believe that its just a figment of the imagination what a shame it stops there for most people so if you want to have better chances off having a lucid experience and ...

  • and that is that we all leave our bodies every night and and enter dreamworld which is the 5th dimention these days not many people remember there dreams where as a child we are maxed out with them WHY? do we as we get older get worse at it rather than better with more experience? im not gonna get into that now but after using all the induction divices nova dreamer and techniques used for helping us to get back on track with what most of us have lost THE ability to explore the dream world ....

  • The key to lucid dreams is awareness and of course good memory of dreams -but the best way to achieve this is to have a good level of awareness cause thats what a lucid dream is becomming aware of your self deaming the moment that happens you get a rush of relization that your in a dream and oh watt a feeling there are no words for it so as a lifetime natural lucid dreamer i needed to find out more about this amazing gift we all have within us and i finaly after 44 years have discovered that ..

  • The reason why I don't lucid dream is because of the mirror thing.

    das sum crasy shit bro

  • no secret love in my dreams im a rapest!=D

  • @Suprememessage In your lucid dreams is what you do consentual or non consentual, if it is consentual then you definitely are not a rapist, you just have many encounters.

  • @Suprememessage lmfao wtf lol i feel u

  • @Suprememessage

If that your thing, just keep it in your mind and pants...

  • @Suprememessage LMAO!!!!!!

  • @greco0994 It isn't so secret when it ends up in a court huh?

  • @Suprememessage smh true true lol i only lucid dream twice hbu?

  • @greco0994 I lucid dream often.

  • @Suprememessage Hi dreamer, you seem like you got some experience. We are looking for some practiced dreamers for a lucid dream experiement if curious - the idea is to try to share a lucid dream at the same time once a month and to engage a mutaul task to see what results we can yield

    wake up in your dreams.com

feel free to get in touch

     R

  • I had my first proper lucid dream the other day where i felt full control, it was amazing, the momment i realized it was a dream, was like the most real dream felling i ever felt, i instantly decided to try something fun out, so i started jumping really high it was so so fun

  • @deanmullen10 that's what happened to me last night! only i was thinking 'i should try something...' and i was thinking thinking thinking what to try and then it just turned into a normal dream. But this morning when I woke up, well even now, so excited about it :)

  • what person are lucid dreams in?like 1st person or 3rd?

  • @guitarvillain2 well some people can make it either one but for me its first person but at the same time i can sort of see third person like normal dreams but you're in control and you can feel and taste things

  • lol tomb raider

  • i think, i dont really know, but i think lucid dreaming has gotten much more popular because of the movie "inception"

  • UMMM is it weird tht i feel pain in my dreams?

  • @Buttons3446 if you expect to feel pain, you will feel pain.

  • Try this...IT WORKS!!!

    watch?v=fpEHAE2Hpt8

  • I am learning how to lucid dream, I now feel awake in the dream but for some reason I am unable to control anything. I feel like malcovich

  • @nilesriver2 Next time that happens find a mirror and look in it. Just by looking in a dream mirror you'll be messing with the dream. Most times people don't see themselves! Play with it, ask them who they, make funny faces at them, try to shake hands. At this point you are controlling the dream through a little known backdoor method. You can use this as a start to getting more control. Good luck!

  • btw i have great lucide dreams too but i just leave my dreams alone

  • you know i just let my dream be, because it takes lots and lots of concentration to do just one thing. like i am trying to make my wall a differant color and finaly i have done it, and then it goes back to its old color. and i really have to consentrate to make it back to the color i want! and then i have to focus on it so it will stay that color. (by the way that dream was very short.)

  • @tischasterre

Extremely common but you'll get better at not losing your concentration with practice. I can't tell you how many times I created or changed something only to have been distracted and have it disappear.

  • is lucid dreaming a dream where you know your dreaming?

  • @TheBlakeWilliamson Yes, at which point you can just allow it to continue as-is, or actively influence the outcome by directing it to your own desires.

  • @TheBlakeWilliamson Its where you can dream on command and control it, yes.

  • and it seems i'v done most of these already...and fyi i have ADHD so my dreams are pretty crazy :P

  • I find the need to explain something to the ones that dare to tread the "land of the gods". Or whatever you call it. These experiences will give you abilities in the physical world as sure as the sun shines. This is a real awakening. If you feel unsure then that is where you are. Don't go on. This is no joke. You are dealing with your mind here. Meditate and feel right before you go, in your mind and in your body, and the gifts you receive won't be a burden. And know this.. you cannot go back.

  • @gcrawXII (OK last one for awhile... I swear) You cannot go back because forward flows one way. You can lose your abilities, forget the dream world altogether, but you cannot deny the experience and the knowledge you acquired. As for just quitting if it gets too strange, different, etc., then this is also a choice you have.

  • I lucid dream. I have been doing since I was little, naturally. I just found out 1 year ago and now I am flying and doing so much fun things in my dreams. Now I have successfully done a W.I.L.D! Although, my W.I.L.D was extremely boring. I was in math taking a test. :b Why do some dreams that are suppose to be awesome so boring? Haha.

  • @Piggyrun13 How long does it take to even have just 1 lucid dream? I'm trying to begin on a quick pace, because I'm so excited about the fact of having the ability to fly, and many others. Please reply :]

  • Comment removed

  • Yesterday I had my first LD but I awaken becouse I got exitied too much.:(

Do you have any advice what to do if this happens?

    Thx

    Sorry for my english:S

  • @ivavideo04 Whenever you feel like you're going to wake, spin around in circles. I actually haven't accomplished a LD yet, but I'm going to begin today. Good luck flying over mt.Everest. :D

  • @tug1951 Yes, the revolutions actually keep you lucid and in the dream state. I have always thought it might have something to do with drawing in of energy from the rotation, but I really don't understand that yet. Spin while awake so you can remember to do it in your dreams. I used a 33 count clockwise rotation @ first, but no longer needed it as I progressed in my dream work. Practice, practice, practice.

  • @ivavideo04 I know you are asking westonci, but let me chime in. Over time practice will ground you in so the emotional responses won't affect you as much. And also learn to meditate 2 ground yourself in waking life, because there needs 2 be a balance of the spiritual, emotional and physical to anchor you while in the lucid dream state and keep U from mental distress. And learn 2 be a witness @ first, not an active participant. You have to learn first, so just watch.

  • @gcrawXII WoW thx:)

  • Comment removed

  • @gcrawXII Well if I say witness there is more to it than watching. It helped me @ first to get my bearings because I wasn't involved, and this being; the emotional body that is not participating, will less likely invoke an emotional response that sends you hurtling back to your sleeping form. And also I've noticed a few times my emotions create situations the same way it creates my surroundings. If I'm afraid, standing in front of a 9 ft. werewolf(actual dream), it will attack me... cont.

  • @gcrawXII cont.. in the exact same way I imagine it while it charges @ me. But if I'm indifferent to the surroundings, and watch and learn how things interact with one another, I gain the knowledge to move about freely w/o being attacked because i have an understanding of my environment and I feel more confident. The creature doesn't attack, and I learn to control my emotional responses to the situation, which in turn releases the shackles of fear, and no snap backs.

  • man its so hard to lucid dream. god damn! ive been trying for ages. my dreams are really boring and relastic so its really hard to tell its a dream

  • I had my first lucid dream today. I feel alive =) !!!!

  • LOL i am going to tell my brain to have a lucid dream then i will try to dream of Narnia cuz in the books they make it seem so good!!

  • This is so inspiring(:

  • I usually just get really high, it kicks lucid dreaming in the nutz. Or you can shroom or take morning glory/hawaiian baby woodrose seeds and trip balls, and actually replace reality, not just imagine it.

  • i have really odd dreams.. once i was a vamplier in a group of underwater dancing dogs... and then i went to war becuase i had such unique powers lol

  • i already can lucid dream, it came to me naturally when i was younger, slowley i got it back its interesting how things work, it alowes you to take an adventure through your sub concious mind

  • the song is either the main theme from 'the island' or the ending tune from 'gladiator'. they are both the same structure.

  • i never saw keanu reeves in an of my dreams!

  • I'm only 14 so i dont know if i want to try and lucid dream as it seems the adults know what they're talking about and for some reason i think that the techniques wont work with me because I haven't experienced lucid dreaming. I have, sort of for 1 minute and then i woke up because i realized i wasn't fully dreaming anymore (does that make sense). Also, I think that if I lucid dream it will seem scary. is it scary? should i go ahead with it? I really just want to be free in my dreams.

  • @snowangel2403 No it's not scary. It wasn't for me anyway. It's beautiful and magical. (:

  • What song is this? i've heard it before and I need it for my Rome Total War videos D:

  • well Im sold... on to the website haha

  • I experienced this this morning. I kept waking up to make sure I was actually dreaming (hehe) and when I went back to sleep, the dream carried on and I was controlling it (:

  • which is that song?

  • i remember waking up once i got out of bed and my legs just dropped and i fell over and could move them for like 10 seconds was quite strange

  • @Damian3cruz lol FAIL but yeah i lucid dream about drinking dr. pepper so i also fail
