Love the build. Totally geeking out! I researched the dimensions of the carbonite prop from Empire/Jedi and I came up with these accurate dimensions: 84 inches tall, 31 inches wide, and 14.75 in depth (that is from ends of furthest point of the body sticking out to the back) it's just under a foot in depth of you subtract the protruding body.

Er, really nice and simple way to do it, but I think I have to say that there's something not lookin so great, and that's the legs. They would be broken if they were real. The knees should be prominent and the ankles and hips not that much to look more realistic. I hope you know what I mean.

@nowhereproductions well this may be over kill but you could take a life cast of your actors face and then pour silicon in that mold and cut it in half and glue it in the board and then it looks like your actors face hope this helps
