  • very cool.

  • Pretty cool stuff in this dude! I really liked it, so i guess I don't understand the 2 thumbs down in ur stats.

  • @myphotogenesis Not everyone's cup o tea I guess =) Thanks!

  • Love this! I've done something similar (timlapse to ghosts) but not infrared. Gives a nice feel to it.

  • Nikon 20mm 3.5 UD? Wow, nice lens.

So the panasonic G1 is really responsive to IR then?

  • that old 20 is quite nice! To be honest I've only experimented with the G1 and IR so I can't really say it's better or worse than others...

  • Looks cool! IR is yet another trail I'd like to explore, when I get time! :-)

  • Awesome. Are you still time-lapsing or have you moved to speeding up HD video? Very slick. I did a less slick Nine Inch Nails time-lapse of the Wild fires last year. Their songs work so well.

  • honestly I've never shot TL with video cams. Guess I'm spoiled with the quality & resolution of raw stills!

  • Amazing images! how long was each timelapse shot?

  • thanks! bout half hour to hour & half..

  • At 2:00 that shot made me think of an alternative universe for some unknown reason. The whole look of this video is really well done. I cut a video to the same NIN track as well, check it out when you got time.

  • the intro with the flaming nin symbol adds a litttle cheese factor into this video but the actual video is cool.

  • Very nice work, the colour works excellent. Bonito.

  • That was really beautiful =)

My videos are very subpar comapred to yours lol. But man yours are fantastic.

  • great work with edits. the color and style fit the mood of the music perfectly.

  • Wow!that was a trip for my eyes!nicely done;)

  • very nice

  • Great work as always. Very creative with photo subjects and technique

  • Thanks man! glad you enjoyed it...

  • Shit hot! 5 Stars!

  • the scene at 2:20 is mindblowing.

did you try and see what it looks like if you convert the colours? use a custom white balance of some foliage to get a nice set of tones, then swap some channels to get a wicked effect.

    great stuff! *****

  • hey thanks. I realize now I should have been more conscious of the WB... I simply set to sunny and worked a bit in post. Been trying some WB variations lately for better tonality.

  • 5 stars

  • scupture?

  • doh oops.

  • Cool, 5* & a fav.

  • Nice one Jay, great as always.

IR footage has a great feel to it. I wonder what its like converted to monochrome.

  • I tried. It was sort of 'flat'. Had I used a different WB it might have worked better for B&W

  • nicely done!

  • That was great.

  • sick
