Even though people are going on about how basic this is, it's really useful... I am the worst dancer ever... I never know what I'm supposed to do at dances and parties, but this is perfect for them if you can't dance, because while it may not be as hard as some people can do, it's certainly cooler than just bopping to the music like I used to do.

whew amazing you can do that with you knees so fast. definetly helps if you have strong lower body legs according to my observation. that and probably more practice which i'm definetly doing. already saw some other one of your vids where you make a U with your hips called "Booty rock" and another old one of yours called.

Do you say the same thing to teachers who are teaching elementary mathematics? People have to start from some point, even the very bottom.

This video is extremely helpful for someone (like myself) who doesn't know ANYTHING about dancing. I would certainly pay for classes from this guy.
