    You can expect to grow about 2 inches or more after 6 months. It is most important to avoid all sugar and maida products to gain the height.

    You can take carrot juice also, but the carrot salad is not to be substituted. I want you to take it with the fibre.

    Rice and Oats are good food. Brown Sugar is not.

    You can take Maple Syrup, Honey or Agave as your sweeteners.

    If yes, then you need to stop the diet. Also you are eating healthy, so it will benefit your body completely. You post more comments here than anyone else. Do you take your height every 5 minutes.

    If you think you will increase your height by stressing and worrying, then you can stop the diet and do something else about it.

    I have posted my experience with thousands of kids. If you want to benefit then follow from my experience, if not then so be it.

    you should avoid the sugar in any foods because sugar leaches calcium. It will leach it from the blood stream and the good foods you are eating.

    I have no need to. I have got excellent results with natural foods and good nutrition in all the cases I have seen.

    Nil. Foods don't effect the body instantly. There is no magic bullet.

    10 almonds - mamara variety are = milk. And if you don't have these almonds then use the ones you do have, but you can't have the milk instead.

    Packed juices are acidic for the system and will not help you gain height.

    Butter is fine, but junk and trash foods are not. Biscuits and namkeens don't increase height.

  • Hello doctor, i hope your doing good well i am 15 years old will turn 16 on 14th march i am 5'10 inches taller and i have recently started this diet because all my friends are catching up in height while i've had my growth way too early around the age of 12-13 and i haven't grown much since then I just wanted to ask you that i drink a cup of tea 2 eggs and home made butter with parathas(chapatis)for my breakfast.     You could skip the tea and have milk instead. It would benefit you more.

    Also if you want to grow more than you need to eat the foods according to the video.

    You can have grains, pulses, vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, dry fruits, meat, fish, chicken, eggs and all dairy products. It is what a normal human being eats.

    And if you eat only refined flour and sugar throughout the day....you are not eating anything at all but trash for the body. So experiment and try new real foods.

    Hi i am currently 18 year old and 5ft 8 and i want to grow taller ideally to 5ft10 or 6ft, my mother is 5ft2 and my dad is 5ft7.5, i eat tuna sandwich with white bread everyday as my school meal, does that mean i have to stop eating bread because that is the main source in my diet, also my mother often makes home made pizza which is made out off pastry does that mean i should stop eating that as well, and the last time i grew was about 5months ago... thank you very much

    You will need to stop eating all products made with refined flour. You have very less time to get any gains, and you may not have any other recourse once you cross 19 years. So I would advice you to make a lifestyle change and get to your desired height.

    Stress will cause you to not grow. It has never benefited anyone. So if you are worried, then STOP IT.

    If you really want to benefit, then enjoy your food, eat well, healthy and clean. Exercise if you can or play a sport. The body will gain more from it.

  • I usually don't like to comment on videos since there is too much bad language used and many are not worth commenting on. But I saw your video some 4 months back and have been doing as you said and I have actually gained 3 inches. BTW I am 18 years old, female and I never expected that I would increase my height.

    For the record...I was 5.1 when I started and now I am 5.4. I am keeping my fingers crossed to gain more, since you say that it takes 6 months for this diet to hit home. Thank u.

    Granulated Sugar is not allowed. You can have Honey, Maple Syrup and Gud (Jaggaery).

    The almonds won't be as effective but will give good results still.

    The almonds are called 'MAMARA'. If you can't locate them in your country, then take the normal almonds.

    You soak them in water overnight and remove the peel in the morning before eating them.

  • HELP Doc, I got SICK !!!. I did exactly as u said in the vid n after 2 weeks I got a really CONSTIPATED BOWEL MOVEMENTS, so I almost quit, I´m just avoiding sugar n refined stuff.     Maybe your innards are so toxic that they are making you constipated. No amount of Prunes or water will help. You need to detox the system first before you try this diet.

    Also stay off the sugar and refined flour, since those are the toxic and constipating foods.

    When I was normal, before the diet I used to drink homemade natural fruit water for lunch, a biscuit or 3-4 cookies or a bowl of cereal after each meal ; but that was all my junk food intake.

    Extra virgin oil is a cold pressed oil so should not give you acne. It is the Fried foods, ghee and butter which you should really be concerned about.

    Height can increase only till the age of 19 years with foods.

    After that you need to work on your spinal alignment with yoga OR other forms of exercising to gain an inch.

    Soaked the almonds converts the fats into Fatty Acids. It is faster absorbed by the body and the heat is also removed from the dried nut. So you can have it year round.

    You can still grow by 2-4 inches. Age is still on your side. Eat the foods given in the video and avoid all refined flour and sugar products.

  • Hello again. I just wanted to ask a question. I am currently 5'3 and I would love to be 5'6 - that is my goal. Is this possible? I am currently 16 years of age and in exactly 6 months I will be 17. If I were to continue this diet for lets say 12 months would I still grow a few more inches?   • Would it also be a good idea to visit an endocrinologist to see how our hormone levels are doing just to help the process? I've always been subconscious about my height and I am really oping this will work. I will admit I have been off and on but I have cleared my schedule and made preparations for this regime, and if I start now I'll finish the 6 months around my 17th birthday.

    the normal age for the bone plates to get fused is till age 19. After that nothing can increase height - no pills, powders or food. Exercise can correct your posture to make you stand straighter and look taller.

    in meanwhile since no growth had happened,i got a bone xray.

    When I showed the xray to a doctor,he said my plates are fused.

    the report of the xray from the xray centre said "growth plates fused to the extent of 18 years".I am lost.

    Is it still advisable to continue this routine?

    It seems that your bone plates have got fused much before the average age. Usually it is at the age of 19. The foods given in the video may not help you increase in height anymore. You can work on your posture to appear taller.

    You can use all foods made with whole meal. Milk is fine. Jam is full of sugar, so needs to be avoided.

    Eating fried foods and consuming food stuff with ' Hydrogenated Vegetable oil' can be bad for you but EFA - Essential Fatty Acids are required by the human body for proper growth.

    It is specific - Mamara variety. But if you can't get these in your country, then take the normal sweet almonds.

    My mother recently went out and bought a natural sugar supplement called "Plantation Raw" - It says at the back "A glowing brown sugar made from the filtered syrups of natural cane sugar". I was wondering if this was alright as you said: "Avoid the white crystals"? Anyway I've just been looking for alternatives for breads, sugars and pasta - Been organic for a while, but this is 2 steps down from organic ha! ha!

    Whole grains are allowed in any form. Just make sure the product does not contain a mixture of whole grains and refined flour - it is usually written on labels as' Wheat Flour'.

    When the words 'Whole meal or Whole grains' are used, then it is absolutely fine.

    Brown Rice is better than white rice. It is one of the best cereals on this planet. It is OK if you have organic almonds that are not mamara.

    There are 3 types of olive oils:

    Extra Virgin, Classic and Pomace.

    Only extra virgin olive oil can feed the joints in the bones and assist in increasing height.

    To increase height you must follow the pattern. Eat almonds empty stomach. Eat carrots before lunch and the olive oil at night. The nutrients are scientifically spaced out through the day.

    I have observed height to increase from 2" to 4" in 6 months. your height can continue to increase till the age of 19 if you:

    1. Avoid Refined flour and sugar in any food product.

    2. Sugar tends to neutralize and negate all the good nutrients.Also it is a calcium leecher.

    3. Eat healthy whole grain foods with the foods mentioned in the video.

    4. Do some form of physical activity which would stretch your legs and spine.

    Kids below the age of 10 should be given only 5 almonds. Otherwise they would be too heavy for digestion.

  • eating too many carrots would make your face turn yellow - is that true? and also how big should the carrots be? i am thinking of large ones and personally i don't really like carrots that much. also, im not quite sure about the almonds. my mom says she includes almonds in soup that she makes...is it those kind of almonds, except soaked in water instead of soup??
