I bought a diff kit, slow so replaced it with the deluxe kit same as yours SPAL. But lil faster still SLOW though. Any fix? Yours take bout 3-4 seconds to roll up, mine takes around 5-6 seconds. I didn't use the switch kit provided, i just used my old harness, you think that could be it?
