  • do i need to use faller metel strips also if i wanted use bus stop could set all that up to work auto and your road can you get in with for n gauge

  • @mtty1988 Yes you would need metal wires for car magnet to follow, for a bus stop a magnet would stop the bus or you can buy automatic coil switches and yes faller do these models in n guage

  • Thanks for looking into faller vid,i,am not on facebook or twitter, cheers.

  • Great to hear from you,we are alike it seems any home made versions are sometimes just as good and can save mega pounds, cheers Tony.

  • go faster stripes are ace i used them on a controll pannel and as for the point switch mechanisim its a great idea is that i too thought of a piece of wire or something that moves so that the car follows it :) tah

  • Brill, the first decent explanation of how it works in english! i did see an irish guy showing the basics but it was just a loop on a sheet of A4 paper and didnt really give much glue about anything. 1 sub for you :D

  • @SuperRyan5678 In the uk approx £75/£100 but the starter kits on amazon germany are at least £20 to £30 cheaper than over here even with postage,or try german ebay, cheers Tony

  • how much is the faller system

  • @waldenhouse I will look in to that mobile phone advice, thats what i like about you tube, its great for shared opinions and fresh tips, cheers for comments Tony.

  • Very very good instructional Video! Like you say "at least this is English"!...I'm surprised that Corgi / Oxford / Hornby haven't done something similar with the small diecast cars and stuff. If you have an old mobile phone, there's a very tiny motor in them - which has an offset cam, and that's the 'vibrate' for vibrate mode. The tiny motor is easily removed (from its a rubber housing), and the offset cam comes off too. I fancy the Faller system. Your Video has prompted me to have another look

  • Great thanks for showing , i was wondering how this system worked, i want one now, but have no space for a looped road.

  • @steveallen808909 The company i work with carries out rail coach replacement, thought about it months ago after seeing a setup at Glasgow modelrail, cheers Tony.

  • great video tony looking great how cool to have a bus service when their is engineering work on the line id love to have an underground train running beside my line im sure one day bachmann will bring one out to go with the art deco station keep up the fantastic work very inspiring cheers

  • @nuclearthreat545 I just got fed up of looking at these systems that were always in a forgien language.

  • Thank you for this video

  • @armleyroad Look forward to seeing it,cheers Tony.

  • Xantec Only in HO scale as far as i have seen, been german they go with fleischmann, rivarossi, jouef, european type railways all of which are mostly HO scale, people do put OO scale vehicles on with the faller motors in them like eg. oxford diecasts range, having said that i am more than happy with the faller vehicles and eventually will repaint them into home colours, thanks for viewing, cheers Tony

  • Wonderful !!

One of my favourites ;) I'm definatley installing this.

  • i have seen the Faller system in 1:87 HO scale, do they do the system in 1/76 OO scale?

  • Nice

  • Cheers lads go ahead and have a go addictive once you start, lol, thanks for looking,Tony.

  • Very good tutorial Tony....I shall have to have a go with that Faller system very shortly..you have made an exellentjob of it.

  • it looks very good and you make it look simple to install.i think i may have to invest in a starter kit myself.how much did it cost?
