@sheba31 thanks, i need someone to fix my youtube uploader before i can do any more vidios because since the last update i have done a huge ammount but cant upload because the uploader just sais sompthing ridicullous like1028 mins to upload a 1 min vidio filmed in 640 then once ive waited those 1028 mins the upload fails :( dont know whats wrong with it tbh
@mtty1988 Yes you would need metal wires for car magnet to follow, for a bus stop a magnet would stop the bus or you can buy automatic coil switches and yes faller do these models in n guage
Well that was educational and enjoyable. Thank you. Please face book Hornby Peco Bachmann Model Railway Trains Look for the photo of the flying scotsman on your 2 second search Meet you there. regards from ian parker
go faster stripes are ace i used them on a controll pannel and as for the point switch mechanisim its a great idea is that i too thought of a piece of wire or something that moves so that the car follows it :) tah
I wish i was a br blue fan at least i could stick to one era,can never make me mind up,anyhow many thanks for sharing your channel a host of great vids, especially liked parts 1/2 featuring the dmu,s a lovely layout, ever been tempted by the dcc sound chips, thanks again, regards Tony.
Wonderful video. Clear and easy to understand. Wish i had the space as it would had much to my layout. Looks like you are a BR blue fan so feel free to drop over to my channel for some classic blue memories!
Brill, the first decent explanation of how it works in english! i did see an irish guy showing the basics but it was just a loop on a sheet of A4 paper and didnt really give much glue about anything. 1 sub for you :D
Thanks for this, i am useing the road you have explaned, far better then using that messy filler ou het with the kit, great vid with some great tips, thanks
@SuperRyan5678 In the uk approx £75/£100 but the starter kits on amazon germany are at least £20 to £30 cheaper than over here even with postage,or try german ebay, cheers Tony
@waldenhouse I will look in to that mobile phone advice, thats what i like about you tube, its great for shared opinions and fresh tips, cheers for comments Tony.
Very very good instructional Video! Like you say "at least this is English"!...I'm surprised that Corgi / Oxford / Hornby haven't done something similar with the small diecast cars and stuff. If you have an old mobile phone, there's a very tiny motor in them - which has an offset cam, and that's the 'vibrate' for vibrate mode. The tiny motor is easily removed (from its a rubber housing), and the offset cam comes off too. I fancy the Faller system. Your Video has prompted me to have another look
@steveallen808909 The company i work with carries out rail coach replacement, thought about it months ago after seeing a setup at Glasgow modelrail, cheers Tony.
great video tony looking great how cool to have a bus service when their is engineering work on the line id love to have an underground train running beside my line im sure one day bachmann will bring one out to go with the art deco station keep up the fantastic work very inspiring cheers
Xantec Only in HO scale as far as i have seen, been german they go with fleischmann, rivarossi, jouef, european type railways all of which are mostly HO scale, people do put OO scale vehicles on with the faller motors in them like eg. oxford diecasts range, having said that i am more than happy with the faller vehicles and eventually will repaint them into home colours, thanks for viewing, cheers Tony
Excellent instructional video thanks for posting!
