Great sound! This is one of the best to date... Could it be that the depth of the box enriches the sound even though there is an electric pickup?

@mehquig There are a lot of influences on the sound - the box, the placing of the pickup, the strings (these were ones I haven't used before) so it is very hard to tell what is the key to any particular sound with these. Just recorded a snippet with another new one and it is different again

It's getting late so I won't try reworking the above sentence to get it just right, although I'm sure it could use a little reverbbing and readjectiving to be worthy of such a re-noun-ed instrument maker:)
